CCDA Institutes, which are offered in cities around the country, provide interactive learning and practical tools for pastors and lay leaders, emerging grassroots community developers, and those interested in Christian community development. Institute classes are taught by leading experts in the field of Christian community development.

Institute classes are designed for:

• Those exploring Christian community development work
• Families in urban ministry
• Christians and churches looking to start neighborhood outreach ministries
• Students (both undergraduate and graduate

The first CCDA Institute in Boston was held March 28-29, 2008. Speakers Dr. Mary Nelson and Dr. Bob Lupton taught on Listening to the Community, and Empowerment of the community. To hear more about it, click here.
